Plot Outline:
MAKE A MOVIE LIKE SPIKE is a cutting-edge, stylish, urgent, punk rock-meets-hip hop, international film that screams ‘They Can’t Kill Us.’ We have captured the angst of youth through an unapologetic, honest, independent lens, using culture as a backdrop to explore universal themes. A war film that never shows you war, only the people who experience it.
A meditation on the traditional hero’s journey, MAKE A MOVIE LIKE SPIKE is a coming-of-age docudrama about Luis and Ronald, two best friends from Los Angeles who come to find that they are the heroes that they have spent their lives looking for.
